This space has been created to support your journey — not by giving more to do, but by helping you go deeper into what has already been shared.

I created this space from something I observed again and again: after leaving the ashram, many sincere students found it difficult to maintain their practice. In the same way, within the program, there are many teachings, many classes, and a lot of content — and it can sometimes feel overwhelming to follow.

This weekly reflection is here to simplify. To bring together what is essential, to offer you a clear direction, and to help you stay connected to your practice in a steady and sustainable way.

Each week, you will find a summary of the teachings, key insights, and simple guidance to help you reflect and integrate the knowledge into your daily life.

You do not need to read everything at once. You do not need to understand everything immediately.
