A LETTER FOR YOUR INNER JOURNEY
MIP — THE WEEKLY LETTER
August 2026 · A New Chapter Begins
Welcome to the New MIP
Om Dear MIP Community, Today marks a very special step in the journey of the Mastery of Inner Peace Program. Our new MIP website is here. But this is much more than a new website. We are beginning to create a living space for your sadhana — a place where the teachings, your practice, your questions, your reflections, and your spiritual journey can come together. Swamiji’s vision is to help us bring Yoga beyond the class or the meditation cushion and make it a real way of living. This is only the beginning.
A Word from Swamiji
Om Dear MIP Community,
I am very happy to welcome you to this new chapter of the MIP.
My wish has always been that this program should be more than a place where you receive teachings or attend classes. Yoga has to become something alive — something that enters your daily life and gradually transforms the way you think, act, breathe, serve, and relate to yourself and to others.
This new space has been created with that purpose in mind.
Use it not simply to collect more information, but to support your sadhana. Return to the teachings. Practice. Observe yourself. Ask questions. Reflect on what you are discovering, and most importantly, try to bring what you learn into your life.
The technology is only a tool. The real work is the inner work.
This is only the beginning. We will continue developing the MIP so that it can accompany you more personally and more deeply on your spiritual journey.
Practice sincerely, remain patient with yourself, and keep moving forward.
With blessings,
Swami Shambhudevananda
Teaching of the Week
Finding Serenity: Yogic Remedies for Depression and Anxiety
In this first satsang of the Finding Serenity program, Swamiji explores the human cycle of excitement, anxiety and depression. Beginning with Arjuna’s existential crisis in the Bhagavad Gita, he reveals how fear arises from the apprehension of loss and guides us toward the unchanging reality within.
That which can be lost is not ultimately real; that which is real cannot be lost.
This Week in the Sangha
Practice of the Week
Explore with awareness.
This week, take a little time to enter the new MIP without trying to discover everything at once.
Choose one teaching, one practice, or one new tool that speaks to you. Explore it slowly and notice one simple question:
How can this help me bring Yoga more consciously into my daily life?
The purpose is not to do more. The purpose is to practice with greater awareness.
Discover Your New MIP
Your MIP is becoming a living companion for your practice.
Explore the new Breath Laboratory, enter your Practice Journal, follow My Path, rediscover teachings through the MIP Library, connect with Swamiji’s weekly guidance, and ask questions directly when you need support.
These are not simply new website features. They are different doorways into the same journey:
bringing Yoga from practice into life.
And this is only Version 1. We are already building what comes next.
Help Us Shape What Comes Next
This is only the beginning.
We are already working on the next generation of the MIP, where your practice, Sankalpa, Journal, Library, live teachings and personal journey will become even more deeply connected.
Your experience will help us build it.
What helps you practice? What would make the MIP more useful in your daily life? What would you love to see next?
Share your experience, your questions and your ideas with us.
This program is alive — and we want it to grow with the needs of sincere spiritual aspirants.
