✨ Would you like to deepen your yoga practice by reconnecting with your breath? ✨Join us for Swami Shambhudevananda’s Pranayama Level 1 course on the MIP website. In this course, Swamiji takes us back to the foundations of pranayama—building a mindful, loving connection with the breath and prana (life energy).
