This Privacy Policy describes how Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center Association (R.A.), Registration No. 580021483 (“Sivananda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information in connection with:
- the MIP Classicyoga mobile application (the “App”),
- the website classicyoga.com,
- the website online.sivananda.co.il,
- and any related pages, content, platforms, systems, forms, registrations, digital services, and communications operated by us
(collectively, the “Platform”).
Sivananda is a yoga school specializing in yoga, meditation, personal development, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle (the “School”). Through the Platform, users may access information, register for classes and events, purchase digital content, and interact with services offered by the School.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of the Platform
The Platform may provide, among other things:
- access to online courses, workshops, classes, guidance sessions, treatments, recordings, and other digital offerings (the “Digital Content”);
